a look at what we covered in our Spring Series for 2008.....
We, at The Wine Vine, were
honored to offer you our Wine Seminar Spring Series for 2008
taught by the popular and very knowledgeable Independent Wine Consultant and Sales Manager
for Greenvale Vineyards, Marc Guillotte. Marc shared his insights on the
numerous wine varietals in an Old-World versus New-World approach that provided a background from the yester-years to
the cutting-edge technology of wine making of today to an insight into the future that enlightened, created an appreciation
of the many varietals and sparked excitement about the world of wine, while Camille went over some wine evaluating techniques
that aided in wine selecting to enhance your enjoyment of wine for the many years to come. "It was as much fun as it was also informative!"
All
seminars are held from 5:30-7:30PM in a fun & comfortable environment in our new Tasting
Loft with private bar-height seating, tables and hand-crafted tasting bar. We also
include fresh-cut cheeses, artisan breads, & gourmet spreads to enhance your tasting experience.
