White Wines From
New England
We will start by tasting out three new vintages of New England refreshing
whites that are perfect for pairing with our fresh New England seafood. First try a Vidal Blanc that is so aromatic
of the wildflowers that cascade along the hillsides near the coast line of this New England vineyard with a crisp citrus finish.
Then try one of our best selling Chardonnays that is also from New England. It is lightly oaked for a rich buttery finish
with a touch of silky vanilla that is perfect with New England lobster & fresh drawn butter. Then the third white
wine is a blend of the Vidal with New England's signature grape called the Cayuga. A touch of honeydew melons &
fresh cantalopes embody this white wine with a refreshing pear & green apple finish. Perfect with a
spring salad & our fresh local goat cheeses!
The Red Wines
Then try some rich, bold & smooth red blends with our locally made
cheddars or smoked goudas from Massachusetts. The wine's jam-packed flavors of ripe berries & currant with
a touch of spice & truffles compliment the sharp edge of a nicely aged cheddar or a grilled filet mignon. Sooo satisfying!
